Job Description
A Distribution Manager (often hired initially as a Provisional Distribution Manager) at PNB MetLife is a frontline leadership role focused on driving life insurance sales, recruiting and training financial advisors, and expanding the local agency distribution network.
Training & Mentorship: Teach team members about insurance products and help them clear required regulatory exams like the IRDAI IC-38.
Sales Targets: Drive business growth and meet regional revenue goals.Partner Relations: Build strong connections with local channel partners and customers.
Compliance: Ensure all sales and distribution tasks follow company rules and industry regulations.
