Medical Representative

Job Responsibilities

1. Promote the clinic’s healthcare and wellness services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
2. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.
3. Generate leads and new business opportunities through regular field visits.
4. Explain the clinic’s services, treatment programs, and facilities professionally.
5. Follow up with doctors, patients, and potential business partners.
6. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
7. Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
8. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
9. Coordinate with the clinic’s marketing and management team to support business growth.

Candidate Requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/pharma background preferred.
2. Previous experience as a Medical Representative, Healthcare Sales Executive, Pharma Sales Executive, or Business Development Executive is preferred.
3. Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
4. Willing to travel extensively for field visits.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
7. Target-oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and disciplined.
8. Good knowledge of the local market and healthcare network will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience + attractive incentives + TA

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
