Senior Tele Sales ExecutiveJob Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Tele Sales Executive for ship ticket booking. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers using the data provided by the company, handling inquiries, following up with interested customers, and converting calls into confirmed bookings.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers using the database provided by the company.
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding ship ticket bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable ticket/booking information.
- Follow up regularly with interested and pending customers.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed ship ticket bookings.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and booking status.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
