Job Description

  • cademic & Progress MonitoringTrack and monitor student academic performance, attendance, and progress through periodic reviews and feedback tools.
  • Help students develop effective study habits, time management skills, and coping strategies to manage academic stress.
  • Coordinate with faculty members, center heads, and administrative staff to address student behavioral or academic challenges.
  • Conversion & Outreach (If applicable to admissions-focused roles)Handle inbound inquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, and digital leads, turning prospective interest into formal enrollments.
  • Participate in local area marketing (LAM) activities, school/college seminars, webinars, and promotional events to generate awareness and lead flow.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment and performance targets set by management.
  • Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate, up-to-date databases and logs of student interactions, counseling sessions, and admission pipelines.
  • Prepare and submit regular daily/weekly sales, conversion, and student progress reports to management.
