• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle daily data entry and computer-related office work.
• Maintain and update sales, retailer, salesman and stock records.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports.
• Enter and verify sales and billing data accurately.
• Prepare salesman-wise and retailer-wise reports.
• Match and check data between different Excel files.
• Maintain proper records of invoices and other documents.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with salesmen and office staff for required information.
• Perform other computer and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Required SkillsBasic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters and Pivot Tables will be an advantage.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, email and WhatsApp.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and handle new Excel-based processes.
• Candidate ProfileFresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Candidates with previous experience in FMCG distribution, sales, wholesale or office administration will be preferred.
• Should be responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Should be comfortable working on Excel for several hours a day.

Salary₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, depending on experience and Excel skills.
