Job Description

  • Create social media posts, reels, promotional content & creatives
  • Generate leads through digital marketing
  • Conduct cold calling to potential customers
  • Call existing and new customers and introduce company products/services
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries and leads
  • Maintain basic records of calls, leads and follow-ups
  • Prepare basic digital marketing and lead-generation reports
  • Basic MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge
  • Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learnLocation: Kolkata
