Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead multiple QSR operations with strict quality, hygiene, and service standards.
2) Manage outlet P&Ls, drive sales, and control costs.
3) Train teams; set KPIs and build retention/succession plans.
4) Oversee new store openings, site selection, and rollouts.
5) Use POS/tech tools to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
6) Report generation and analysis with Rista, Pet Pooja
7) Marketing Campaigns & Creatives with platform partners
8) Coordination with Vendors to execute plans
