Role Overview:

As a Team Manager you will play a key role in building, managing, and growing a team of Associates. You will use market network, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive sales, expand market reach, and create a high-performing advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard, and manage a team of junior Associates
• Mentor, inspire, and elevate team members, enabling them to consistently achieve and surpass their goals

• Set clear, strategic performance goals aligned with organizational vision, and drive disciplined execution
• Ensure professional excellence, ethical practices, and long-term value creation in all business activities
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate business records
• Coordinate with leaders and managers for team weekly Performance review
