Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM - B2B Sales) Company Name: Coliv Ceramic Private Limited Job Location: Transport Nagar, Lucknow
Job Summary: Coliv Ceramic is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our B2B field sales in Lucknow and surrounding districts. The ideal candidate must have a strong market network in Tiles, Sanitaryware, Real Estate, or Building Materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer & Distributor Network: Appoint new dealers and sub-dealers across assigned territories to expand market reach.
- B2B Sales & Tie-ups: Pitch Coliv Ceramic catalogs to Architects, Builders, and Civil Contractors for project tie-ups.
- Target Achievement: Generate high-volume B2B sales, close deals on the field, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Market Reporting: Ensure daily market visits and maintain live reporting using the company CRM.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 7 years of proven experience in B2B Field Sales, Channel Sales, or Distributor handling.
- Education: Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Mandatory Assets: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and possess a valid Driving License.
- Skills: Excellent communication (Good English & Hindi), strong negotiation, and leadership qualities.
- Age Limit: 21 to 35 Years.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 (Based on interview performance and previous experience).
- Additional Perks: Daily Travel Allowance (TA/DA) + High Performance-Based Incentives.
