Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate accurate invoices, bills, and statements in a timely manner.
• Manage and process financial transactions with thorough knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
• Reconcile billing discrepancies, verify ledger accounts, and handle customer/vendor billing queries.
• Maintain organized financial records and prepare regular reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, financial procedures, and relevant tax laws.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Minimum Qualification with Experience Range.
• Hands-on experience and strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
