Job Description
- Job Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic and tasty Chinese vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Prepare Veg & Non-Veg Noodles, Chowmein and Hakka Noodles.
- Prepare Momos/Dumplings, Spring Rolls and Manchurian.
- Prepare Veg & Non-Veg Fried Rice and other Chinese rice dishes.
- Prepare Chinese starters, sauces, gravies and main-course dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation and portion sizes.
- Follow proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety standards.
- Manage ingredients, mise en place and daily kitchen preparation.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours.
