Job Title: Vehicle Recovery Driver / Tow Truck Operator

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

We are hiring a reliable Vehicle Recovery Driver / Tow Truck Operator for our towing and roadside assistance business in Lucknow. The role involves picking up breakdown/accident vehicles from customer locations, highways, workshops, and service centres, and safely dropping them at the assigned destination.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate towing/recovery vehicle safely.
• Pick up and drop cars/SUVs from breakdown or accident locations.
• Handle vehicle loading, unloading, winch, straps, and basic towing equipment.
• Coordinate with customers, operator, garages, and roadside assistance companies.
• Share live location and job updates on phone/WhatsApp.
• Take photos/videos before pickup and after drop for proof.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic condition.
• Be available for emergency calls, including night/highway duties when required.

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driving licence: HMV, depending on vehicle.
• Experience in commercial driving, towing, recovery, car carrier, crane, workshop pickup/drop, or logistics preferred.
• Good knowledge of Lucknow and nearby highway routes.
• Must be punctual, responsible, calm, and well-behaved with customers.
• Basic mechanical knowledge will be a plus.
• Should be comfortable using Google Maps and WhatsApp.
• No alcohol during duty. Careless driving will not be accepted.
