Salary/Earnings: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month OR up to 20% of daily sales/profit, as applicable

Job SummaryITM Core is hiring Drivers for Uber and Ola. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving the assigned vehicle safely, completing trips, and providing a professional experience to passengers.

The ideal candidate should have a valid driving licence, good knowledge of Lucknow routes, and a responsible attitude toward vehicle and passenger safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the assigned vehicle for Uber/Ola trips.
• Pick up and drop off passengers safely and on time.
• Follow traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition.
• Complete assigned trips and maintain regular attendance.
• Use navigation and ride-hailing applications for trip management.
• Communicate politely and professionally with passengers.
• Report any vehicle-related issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain proper records of daily trips and earnings.

Eligibility

• Valid driving licence required.
• Previous driving experience preferred; suitable freshers may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of Lucknow roads and routes.
• Comfortable driving for Uber/Ola.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on the applicable arrangement.
• OR up to 20% of daily sales/profit, as applicable.
