Job Title: Video Editor

Location: On-site (In Person)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Schedule: Day shift (with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak project periods)

Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Visual Effects & Graphics: Add creative effects, transitions, motion graphics, and animations to enhance visual appeal.

Sound Editing: Synchronize audio, mix background music, and add sound effects to create impactful storytelling.

Color Correction: Perform color grading to ensure visual consistency and professional quality.

Storytelling: Maintain a cohesive narrative flow and engaging pace throughout the video.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative team (directors, producers, designers) to meet project goals and timelines.

Asset Management: Organize and manage all video assets efficiently for quick access and reusability.

Project Management: Handle multiple video projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

Client Feedback: Review and incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams for final delivery.

Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to editing software, rendering, or media formats.

Requirements & Skills:

Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).

Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for visuals, framing, and storytelling rhythm.

Creativity: Ability to think innovatively and bring fresh ideas to each project.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video formats, resolutions, codecs, and compression techniques.

Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
