Job Description
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, references, networking and online channels.
- Identify potential customers in Corporate, Government, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, Institutions and other commercial sectors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Audio, Video and AV integration solutions.
- Handle products such as amplifiers, speakers, microphones, projectors, projection screens, LED displays/video walls, interactive displays, video conferencing systems, matrix/switchers, DSP, control systems and AV accessories.
- Prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, proposals, technical-commercial offers and tender-related documents in coordination with the Pre-Sales/Technical team.
- Follow up regularly on quotations, proposals, tenders and ongoing opportunities and convert leads into orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, dealers, system integrators and channel partners.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Technical, Purchase, Accounts and Project/Service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, sales pipeline and customer information.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product pricing and new AV technologies.
- Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up as per company requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the management.
