  • Generate and qualify travel leads.
  • Connect with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
  • Prepare quotations and itineraries.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
