SALES EXECUTIVE
Job description
Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the showroom
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase footfall and conversions
- Handle high-value customers and VIP clients
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
- Set individual targets and monitor team productivity
- Ensure proper grooming and discipline of staff
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints effectively
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain a database of repeat and high-value customers
Product Knowledge & Merchandising
- Ensure the team has strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
- Monitor stock display and ensure attractive visual merchandising
- Coordinate with inventory team for stock availability
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain daily sales reports and MIS
- Monitor billing accuracy and showroom operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
