Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about courses and admission procedures.

• Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Regularly follow up with prospective students.
• Convert leads into successful admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Handle student/parent queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the academic and admissions team.
• Stay updated about courses, programs, and admission offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1+ year experience in Admission Counselling / Education Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
• Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
