Visa Counsellor

A visa counselor guides clients through international travel, study, work, or immigration processes. They evaluate client profiles, explain documentation and legal requirements, track application progress, and convert inquiries into active file registrations while meeting performance goals. Core Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Answer inbound calls, emails, and walk-in queries to assess client eligibility for tourist, work, student, or PR visas.
• Profile Evaluation: Analyze a candidate's background, education, and career objectives to suggest suitable country options and visa pathways.
• Documentation Guidance: Explain checklist requirements, verify financial and legal papers, and assist with application form preparation.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up with prospective leads to achieve monthly registration and sales targets.
• Policy Tracking: Keep up to date with changing international immigration laws, university criteria, and embassy rules.
• File Management: Maintain digital records, monitor visa status updates, and coordinate smoothly with processing or filing teams. [2, 6]

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
