Protalk Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing Operations team.


Position: Assistant Manager – Operations

Industry: Domestic BPO

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Work Type: Work From Office


Mandatory Requirements:

Experience in Outbound Process OR

Experience in Tele Collection Process within the BPO industry

Dialer Knowledge and Data allocation & churning.

Strong team handling and operational management skills

Performance-driven with excellent communication abilities


Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
