Job Description

Role: Customer Service - Voice ONLY

Mode: Work From Office

Shifts: Rotational and Fixed

Working: 6 days

Qualifications: Graduates


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries professionally
  • Provide accurate information and issue resolution
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve productivity and performance targets
  • Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
  • Coordinate with TL and Quality teams

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (English / Hindi)
  • Graduate / Under-Graduate candidates
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experienced:

  • Minimum 1 year of documented experience in BPO voice process
