HR Executive – Job Description
Position: HR Executive
Location: Unit no 202, 2nd Floor, Ram Hari Tower, Sector 74B, Mohali
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand per month
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Language Requirement:Punjabi is required
Job Responsibilities
*Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
*Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
* Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
* Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
* Assist with payroll and employee documentation.
* Maintain HR reports and daily records.
* Coordinate with management and different departments for HR-related activities.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
