Job Description

Client Counseling: Assess user profiles, explain eligibility, and recommend correct visa categories (study, work, or tourist).

Document Management: Collect, organize, scan, and verify paperwork for absolute accuracy before filing.

Policy Tracking: Stay updated on changing foreign government laws, embassy guidelines, and immigration policies.

Application Filing: Complete forms, submit applications on official portals, and track progress.

Communication: Answer client questions, update status reports, and prep candidates for interviews or travel requirements.

Coordination: Liaise with embassies, consulates, or educational institutions to resolve issues and speed up processing.
