Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to join our core finance team. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax filing, budgeting, and internal controls. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive financial integrity, risk management, and strategic business growth.

• Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & General LedgerManage end-to-end month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP).
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset management, and inter-company transactions.
• 2. Taxation & Regulatory ComplianceEnsure complete compliance with Direct and Indirect taxes (e.g., GST filing, Income Tax TDS, Advance Tax calculations, Tax Audit filings).
• Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors to resolve notices, inquiries, or assessment proceedings.
• Track regulatory changes and ensure business practices remain fully compliant.
• 3. Financial Planning, Analysis & Management Reporting (FP&A)Support the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).
• Analyze key operational and financial metrics (KPIs) to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor working capital, treasury functions, and cash flow management.
• 4. Audit Management & Internal ControlsLead internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Evaluate, design, and implement robust internal financial controls (IFC) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Key Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by ICAI (or equivalent professional accounting body).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on, post-qualification experience in corporate finance, core accounting, or audit.
• Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Tally Prime).
• Advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Deep knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax laws, statutory audit processes, and accounting standards.
