Field Sales Executive

·Map and regularly update the assigned territory by identifying key industrial clusters, potential customers, and high-opportunity zones.

·Generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads by proactively identifying new business opportunities in the market.

·Ensure minimum daily and weekly targets for field visits, lead generation, and customer meetings are achieved.

·Capture complete and accurate customer information during field visits and update the same in CRM without delay.

·Support Sales Managers by providing detailed customer insights, requirement clarity, and negotiation background.

·Track lead progress post-handover and assist in follow-ups wherever required to improve conversion rates.

·Monitor competitor activities in the field including pricing strategies, product movement, and customer engagement tactics.

·Maintain a database of potential customers, dealers, and industry contacts for long-term business development.

·Ensure timely communication of customer feedback, complaints, or special requirements to internal teams.

·Assist in resolving basic customer queries related to product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.

·Submit daily activity reports including visits done, leads generated, follow-ups conducted, and key observations.

·Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
