Job Description

Job location - Raghuvanshi Mills,

Lower Parel - Mumbai


Key Responsibilities

  • Source new customers for home loan products through field visits, builder tie-ups, and referrals.
  • Team handling role – Will be managing the team and tun the targets.
  • Meet clients, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable loan products.
  • Achieve monthly disbursement and acquisition targets.
  • Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide post-sales service.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 5 - 10 years in sales (preferably in loans, LAP, All types of loans).
  • Skills:
  • Good communication & negotiation skills.
  • Passion for field sales and target achievement.
  • Local market knowledge preferred.
