Job Description
McDonald’s (McDelivery) is responsible for ensuring fast, safe, and accurate delivery of food orders to customers within a designated radius (typically within 3–5 km of the restaurant).
- Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Dispatch & Delivery: Safely transport food, beverages, and dessert orders from the McDonald's outlet to the customer's location on time.
- Quality & Safety Maintenance: Keep food items warm, beverages upright, and packaging intact using thermal delivery bags.
- Customer Interaction: Hand over orders politely, process payments (cash on delivery or digital payments), and resolve basic customer queries.
- Navigation & Order Tracking: Use a smartphone with GPS applications to follow optimal routes and update order delivery statuses in real time.
- Safety Adherence: Follow local traffic laws and safety regulations strictly while operating the vehicle.
