HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
• Manage joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related documentation.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries and concerns.
• Conduct employee induction and explain company policies.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status.
• Support payroll and other HR operations as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR processes.
