About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to spearhead our growth in the Analytical Instrumentation sector, especially Air, Gas, Fire, and Water Quality Analysis. You will be responsible for market roadmap planning, securing high-value contracts and projects and positioning our brand as a leader across key industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
● Strategic Growth: Define and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
● Market Expansion: Drive business development across India and globally through online, field, and agent networks.
● Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key accounts, EPC contractors, and a pan-India network of channel partners.
● Commercial Excellence: Lead the end-to-end process for tendering, techno-commercial negotiations, and final order closure.
● Brand Leadership: Oversee marketing initiatives, digital presence, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
● Education: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electronics. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred.
● Experience: 4-5 years of proven track record in Sales & Marketing in the Electronics, Analytics or Instrumentation field.
● Skills: Exceptional negotiation, strategic leadership, and communication skills.
● Mobility: Willingness to travel for client engagements and site visits.
