Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise on-site execution of interior works including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing activities
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor quality, workmanship, and material usage at site
- Maintain site safety standards and discipline
- Report daily progress to the Project Manager / Design Team
- Coordinate inspections, snag closure, and handover activities
- Maintain site records, measurements, and material stock
- Resolve site-level issues and ensure minimal rework
- Requirements:Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in interior projects
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and materials
- Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site full-time
- Preferred Skills: Experience in commercial or residential interior projects
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting
Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days
