Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Sales Coordinator to manage our online sales platforms and coordinate sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining our product presence on platforms such as Pepperfry and IndiaMART, handling customer enquiries, and converting leads into sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and regularly monitor our Pepperfry and IndiaMART accounts.
• Ensure all products are live, active, and properly listed on Pepperfry.
• Regularly check Pepperfry Studio for calls, enquiries, orders, and other updates.
• Maintain and update the IndiaMART product catalogue, including product images, specifications, prices, and descriptions.
• Follow up on IndiaMART and online enquiries and respond to customers promptly.
• Generate leads through online platforms and convert enquiries into sales/orders.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product details, pricing, quotations, availability, and delivery.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, orders, and sales.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, production, dispatch, and delivery.
• Monitor online platform performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Ensure product information, pricing, images, and catalogues remain accurate and up to date.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, enquiries, conversions, and sales.
