Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities and support the Accounts & Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor accounts and expense-related transactions.
• Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices, payments and accounting queries.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Support the Accounts Head with reports and other finance-related activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Understanding of AP/AR, bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good communication, attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
