Content Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Creative Content Executive to join our Training & Development Team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline 360, and will be responsible for developing engaging multimedia content, including training videos, interactive e-learning modules, graphic design assets, and visually appealing presentations.

This role requires a blend of creativity, instructional design sense, and technical expertise in multimedia development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Design & Editing:
• Design high-quality training materials including infographics, posters, digital banners, and templates using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools.
• Edit and enhance images, visual assets, and corporate media for internal learning initiatives.
• Video Production:
• Create engaging and professional training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Handle complete video production: scripting, storyboarding, voiceovers, animation, post-production, and editing.
• eLearning Content Creation:
• Develop interactive eLearning modules and SCORM-compliant content using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand visual formats.
• LMS Management
• Presentation Design:
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for workshops, webinars, and internal training programs with strong visual storytelling.
• Project Collaboration:
• Work closely with the L&D team to conceptualize and deliver creative training content aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for content planning and training campaigns.
• Platform & File Management:
• Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and project files.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (All Apps), especially:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Adobe XD or similar tools
• eLearning Tools:
• Articulate Storyline 360
• Articulate Rise
• Adobe Captivate (added advantage)
• Other Skills:
• SCORM module development and LMS content publishing
• Graphic design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout)
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Instructional Design, or related field
• Certification in Adobe tools or eLearning development is a plus
• Experience working in an HR, L&D, or corporate training environment
