JOB DESCRIPTION:

Indian Talent Olympiad is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support primarily through Email and Chat. The ideal candidate will assist schools, principals, teachers, parents, and students by resolving queries promptly and professionally. Voice calls will be handled only when required for follow-ups or issue resolution.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Respond to customer queries via Email and Live Chat in a timely and professional manner.

· Provide accurate information regarding Olympiad registrations, exams, study materials, results, and payments.

· Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments.

· Handle complaint resolution and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.

· Follow up on pending queries through email, chat, or phone whenever necessary.

· Assist the customer support team in attending inbound calls during high call volumes and handle outbound or inbound voice calls whenever required for clarification, follow-ups, or urgent support.

· Stay updated with Indian Talent Olympiad products, policies, and announcements to provide accurate assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and internet applications).

· Strong typing, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

· Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
