Job Title: Telecalling Executive


Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to promote our broadband services, contact potential customers, explain plans and offers, generate leads, and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain broadband plans, pricing, and offers.

Generate leads and follow up regularly.

Achieve monthly sales and call targets.

Maintain customer information and call records.

Requirements: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude. Previous telecalling/sales experience is preferred.
