Job Description
- Understand and manage operational processes and workflows accurately.
- Analyze and understand sub-process activities with attention to detail.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
- Draft and communicate professional emails with stakeholders regarding operational requirements, follow-ups, and issue resolutions.
- Monitor and track activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to defined processes.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and compliance-related issues, and escalate when required.
- Maintain high accuracy levels while handling operational tasks and documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
