Job Profile:

 

As Junior SAP Functional Analyst FICO with 6-8 years SAP experience, you will have to bring support to end users by taking in charge Incident or Service Request with for instance SAP authorization management. Moreover, you will have to contribute to evolution or implementation of new functionalities by taking in charge analysis, customization, testing, documentation and potentially give training.

To succeed in this role (Mandatory Requirement):

 

Soft skills:

• Good communication skills in English both written and verbal is mandatory for this role.

 

Technical skills:

 

• Mandatory tools                                  : good knowledge of 2 to 3 SAP Modules (FICO + PS)   
• Mandatory Platform/others     : SAP ECC 6.0 eHP 8 and Jira
• Optional/Advantage Skills      : Others SAP Modules, Cloud Platfom CPI from SAP

 

Accountabilities and decisions:

The candidate will take in charge via JIRA, service request and incident coming from end-users. In the context of change request or projects, he will have to analyze, to specify, to customize, to test, to document and to train.

 

Deliverables:

The candidate will have to reach Service Level Agreement objectives in the treatment of incident or service request. He will have to realize his action (custo, tests, documentation, training support) in time in context of evolution or projects.

 

Certifications:

SAP certification on FI / CO / PS modules are mandatory. Other certification is a plus.
