About the role
We are looking for Senior Engineer/ Engineer to join Munters and contribute to applying engineering expertise to improve products, processes, and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Perform preliminary engineering work along with cost estimation related to product, equipment, system, process or application development and improvement.
- Interpret & Review Customer requirements, drawings, specifications, standards, and customer or project inputs to support robust technical solutions.
- Develop, review, validate, and document engineering deliverables in line with quality, cost, safety, reliability, and performance expectations.
- Collaborate for technical support with internal stakeholders, including sales, project teams, operations, procurement, manufacturing, or service.
- Investigate technical problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical improvements for cost optimisation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering methods, documentation, product performance, and ways of working. Standardise / Automate processes to improve efficiency.
- Expectations by working at operational impact level, communicating through adapt and exchange and contributing to check within the role scope.

Knowledge, skills and experience
- Engineering knowledge with the ability to apply theory, data, standards, and practical judgment to real-world problems.
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD, Strength of materials, Sheet metal Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Understand Techno-Commercial aspects of business
- Ability to create, review, analayse and communicate technical documentation, calculations, or recommendations to Customer or Internal Stakeholders.
- Structured problem-solving mindset with attention to safety, quality, cost, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborative approach across engineering, sales, operations, manufacturing, service, and external stakeholders.
- Education: Diploma/BE/B Tech - Mechanical Engineering., 
- Relevant experience:  minimum 3 years.
