Senior Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management
Role Purpose Provides technical administration and operational support for enterprise digital workplace and endpoint management solutions Reports into the Digital Infrastructure organizationKey Responsibilities
Administer and support endpoint management platforms and related infrastructure services
Manage device provisioning configuration compliance and software deployment processes
Support Microsoft 365 endpoint security and user computing technologies
Perform troubleshooting and resolution of escalated infrastructure and endpoint issues
Coordinate platform maintenance upgrades and operational improvements
Support automation and standardization efforts for endpoint and user computing services
Work with service desk field services and vendors on incident and problem resolution
