1. Cable Technician II Engineer
Job Title: Cable Technician / Cabling Technician
Job Summary:
Responsible for installation, termination, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of different types of cables and network infrastructure at customer or project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and route electrical, network, LAN, fiber-optic, and other cables as per project requirements.
- Perform cable laying, dressing, tagging, termination, and jointing.
- Install and maintain cable trays, conduits, racks, patch panels, and related infrastructure.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of cables using appropriate testing equipment.
- Identify cable faults, connectivity issues, and signal problems.
- Maintain proper cable labeling and documentation.
- Follow site safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Complete assigned work within project timelines.
- Maintain tools and equipment used for installation and testing.
