Specialist - System Management
We are seeking a Java Application Support Engineer to provide production support for critical enterprise applications The candidate will be responsible for monitoring applications managing incidents troubleshooting production issues performing deployments and ensuring high system availability The role requires strong Java knowledge along with experience in Linux databases and monitoring tools
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2L3 production support for Javabased applications
Monitor application health batch jobs and system performance
Analyze incidents troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis RCA
Support application deployments and release activities
Work closely with development infrastructure DBA and business teams
Handle service requests incidents and problem tickets
Monitor logs and perform application debugging
Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of production issues
Support EODBOD activities and batch job monitoring
Prepare operational reports and maintain support documentation
Participate in oncall support and major incident management
