Project Engineer

Project Engineer to independently manage and drive the execution of plotted development / layout development projects from planning and infrastructure execution through to project completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of civil and infrastructure works, excellent coordination and decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, statutory authorities, and other project stakeholders.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in real estate development, plotted developments, layout developments, infrastructure projects, or similar projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in layout development and civil infrastructure works.
• Proven expertise in road works, levels/grading, drainage, plumbing, water supply, electrical works, and associated infrastructure.
• Ability to independently read and interpret engineering, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure drawings.
• Strong project coordination and site execution capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to take independent technical and execution decisions and resolve site-level challenges.
• Experience coordinating multiple consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Good understanding of statutory approvals, project compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to development projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and drive projects to completion.
• B.E./B.Tech/graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Candidates with strong experience in real estate plotted/layout development projects will be preferred.
