Site Supervisor

Location: Nashik / Mumbai / Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–5 years (preferred)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and workforce.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and work-progress updates.
• Check material requirements and coordinate for timely availability at site.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company procedures.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Coordinate with engineers and management regarding project progress and requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the work site.

• Diploma / ITI / Graduate qualification in Civil, Construction, or a relevant field preferred.
• Prior experience in site supervision or construction/project execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities.
• Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, materials, and construction practices.
• Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

MOST IMPORTANT

Candidate must be willing to relocate or work at project sites in Nashik, Mumbai, Pune, or other locations whenever required by the company.
