The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent execution skills, and the ability to manage site activities efficiently. Candidates with expertise in billing, project execution, and smart planning will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise civil construction and maintenance projects.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and verify client and contractor billing.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, material consumption, and resource utilization.
• Prepare project reports, estimates, measurements, and documentation.
• Identify site issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure efficient execution through smart work practices.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of civil construction and maintenance works.
• Experience in billing, quantity estimation, and measurement.
• Excellent project execution and site management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant engineering software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
