MIS officer - Product Management

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
• Generate accurate reports for management review and business analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of business performance reports.

Data Analysis

• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.
• Support management with analytical reports for strategic decisions.

Dashboard & Automation

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Create data visualizations for easy interpretation of business performance.

Database & Records Management

• Maintain data repositories and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor data quality and accuracy across systems.
• Keep records updated and accessible for stakeholders.

Cross-functional Support

• Coordinate with various departments to gather required information.
• Support HR, Operations, Sales, Finance, or other functions with MIS requirements.
• Assist management during audits, reviews, and business planning exercises.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Report accuracy rate.
• Timeliness of report submission.
• Dashboard utilization and effectiveness.
• Data quality and compliance.
• Automation and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in handling large datasets and reporting systems.
