Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: Senior Accountant (Tally Experienced)Experience:Minimum 3 Years of relevant accounting experience (Mandatory)

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally and Indian Taxation laws. The candidate should be capable of independently handling accounts operations and managing a small team of 2–5 members.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage complete books of accounts using Tally (Tally Prime preferred)
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable taxation compliances
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and statutory reports
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts
• Prepare financial statements, P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports
• Coordinate with auditors, CA, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure timely statutory compliance as per Indian taxation laws
• Supervise and guide Accounts team (2–5 members)
• Monitor daily accounting activities and ensure accuracy
• Required Skills:Strong working knowledge of Tally (Mandatory)
• Well-versed with Indian Taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Good communication and team handling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Leadership and team management capability
• Qualification:B.Com / M.Com or relevant commerce background
• Additional certification in taxation will be an advantage
• Additional Requirements:Good communication skills (Highly Recommended)
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
