Education Counsellor

We are looking for a highly motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to join our

team. The role involves guiding students and parents in making informed decisions regarding

their education and career choices. As an Education Counselor, you will be the first point of

contact for prospective students, helping them understand our programs, admission process,

and the career opportunities available through our courses.

✨ Key Responsibilities

● Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions with students and parents.

● Assist in identifying the right academic programs and career pathways based on

students’ interests, skills, and aspirations.

● Handle walk-ins, inquiries (offline & online), and provide accurate information about

courses, fees, and admission procedures.

● Guide students through the application, registration, and enrollment processes.

● Organize career guidance workshops, webinars, and orientation programs.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to convert inquiries into

admissions.

● Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets set by the management.

● Maintain records of student counseling and prepare reports for management review.

● Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for

students.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with students

and parents.

● Knowledge of academic programs, educational trends, and career guidance practices.

● Empathetic, approachable, and student-first mindset.

● Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

● Prior experience in academic counseling, student relations, or admissions will be an
