Job Description
Generate potential home loan leads through tele calling from the office.
Contact existing and prospective customers over the phone and understand their home loan requirements.
Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and other relevant details to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into home loan sales/disbursements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and ensure timely closure.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal bank team for processing applications and completing the loan process.
Provide a good customer experience and build long-term relationships with customers.
