6) Job Description :

B.Tech/B.E / Diploma Mechanical with 1+ year of experience in Field Sales of Mechanical Power Transmission products Mechanical Couplings will be given priority. Other than that, Products Like Mechanical Seals, O-Rings, Bearings, Sprockets, Keyless Locking Assembly, Pumps & Motors assemblies, Expansion Bellows etc.

• Promote and sell power transmission products including bearings, couplings, and related mechanical components

• Identify new customers and develop business in industrial, OEM, and end-user segments

• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing

• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence

• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations

• Coordinate with technical, service, and supply chain teams for smooth order execution

• Handle after-sales support, customer complaints, and technical queries

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

• Maintain CRM, sales reports, and forecasts
