📍 Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

💼 Role: Onboarding Officer (Sales)

🕙 Shift: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

📅 Week Off: Sunday + 1st Saturday

🎓 Training: 15 Days (Onboarding after certification)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹33,000 Take Home (Based on interview & last drawn salary)

🎯 Plus: Attractive Incentives + PF + Mediclaim

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Make outbound calls daily

✅ Counsel prospective investors over the phone

✅ Sell equity advisory services and investment plans

✅ Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

✅ Follow up with interested customers and convert them into clients

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

✔️ 1–2 years of Outbound BPO Sales experience - Mandatory

✔️ Experience in hardcore sales is required

✔️ Not Eligible : Credit Card, Insurance, Bank Account Opening, DMAT Sales, or CSR experience

✔️ Graduation preferred (HSC can apply if they have excellent communication and sales experience)

✔️ Age: Up to 35 years

✔️ Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

✔️ Knowledge of the Share Market is an added advantage

✔️ Candidates should be from Navi Mumbai only
